  • HMCS Queen Centennial Challenge Coin | Royal Canadian Navy Reserve

Marking 100 years of proud service to Canada, this centennial challenge coin commemorates HMCS Queen - Centenaire du NCSM Queen - honouring the Royal Canadian Navy Reserve from 1923 to 2023.

The obverse centres on the HMCS Queen badge in detailed 3D relief — crown, diamond, and orb rising from an antique gold field — with the unit's bilingual name arcing the border in Pantone 268 purple soft enamel and white. The naval station is rendered in intricate raised relief below: the building, flagpoles, and grounds captured with remarkable precision. The reverse features the Royal Canadian Navy Reserve Centennial emblem, a bold "100" in multi-colour soft enamel, flanked by a naval vessel and ship's wheel, all encircled by the bilingual inscription in both official languages.

Diestruck in antique gold, hand-polished, and individually inspected — a custom military challenge coin built to carry the weight of a century.
